When I get asked about the company, I always wonder where I should start. What is it, the single most important thing about us, that I should name first?

2 waves of data migration
The first wave:
Our team created a Roadmap and Backlog, and then carried out the migration of 2400+ company employees to the Azure DevOps platform enabling them to forgo handling data in Excel. All in 3,5 months.

The second wave:
Migration from Azure DevOps Sandbox to ADO Production.
3000+ employees of the customer organization to migrate online, who generated more than 8000 Work Items per day.

Stages of migration
Planning
We create a detailed migration plan outlining the upgrade path, migrated data flow, permissions mapping, the project milestones, the training schedule and roles and responsibilities.
Dry-Run
We execute a dry-run migration. Your team will have a chance to review and validate the new platform before the live migration. Targeted user training will cover the most common use scenarios on the new platform.
Live Migration
The new Azure DevOps is ready and all the data migrated. The users will receive the final instructions and an Azure DevOps expert will be ready to assist with questions and issues from the team.
We analyzed the data model and data flows from disparate systems, using our ready-made connectors. Then, we carried out online migration and synchronization between the systems.
